ARTICLE X: MISCELLANEOUS, New Section.

Catchline: Regulation of birth control.

(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, any resident woman in the State of Florida, aged no less than 15, may obtain, at no cost, a 12-month supply of oral contraceptives commonly known as "the morning-after pill" or "Plan B".

(b)(1) The said oral contraceptives (hereinafter referred to as "prescription") are recognized as a controlled substance, and shall be regulated as such.

(2) Each woman who obtains a prescription must sign an affidavit; and the same woman cannot obtain another prescription no sooner than 45-days before the expiration of her previous prescription.
