PUB 700251: Child Custody Cases; Jury Trial by Loyal Millett

ARTICLE I: DECLARATION OF RIGHTS, New Section.

Catchline: Child custody determination; jury trial.

In any child custody hearing, the party may demand a trial by jury. The court may not contravene a jury verdict on the appointment of joint legal and joint physical custody.
