ARTICLE II: GENERAL PROVISIONS, New Section.

Catchline: No tolls during periods of emergency.

Whenever a state of emergency has been declared by the Governor or the President of the United States, no tolls shall be collected from any toll-collecting highway or bridge within the State until the state of emergency has been rescinded.
