There shall be a brighter florida commission, composed of eleven members appointed by the governor, subject to confirmation by the senate for staggered terms of two years. The comission shall have the authority to do reasearch to make florida a better state. There shall be seven main areas to be covered by the comission: Education, Healthcare, Transportation, Nature, Transparency, Energy, and Technology. The purpose of this commission shall be to research in the seven areas listed and compile ways to increase effciency and productivity in these areas. They shall meet monthly and shall collect public input through means perscribed by Legislature. By December 31, beginning in 2020 and every year thereafter, a report shall be given to the Governor, Senate, and House. The report shall be made publicly available within 3 months after presented to Governor, Senate, and House.

(a) The legislature shall amplify on this comission and perscibe laws and regulations to it by the 2019 legislaive session. Yet they shall not reduce the authourity herein given.
