PUB 700382: Judicial Fee Accountability Bill by Clinton C Wynn

NEW ARTICLE

Title: ATTORNEY FEE ACCOUNTABILITY BILL

The two different areas of Florida Law being Civil and Family are not equally structured and limiting the effects of frivolous Legal Cases from being settled in the Courts of Children and Family.

  1. Civil Law:

This area of the Judicial system allows for Negotiations for Settlement "Specific Procedure".

(b)Family Law:

This area of the Judicial System does not allow for "Negotiations for Settlement". This in turn allows the system to keep the cases from settling within a timely manner and the courts to maintain efficiency . This loop hole allows Attorneys to delay settling cases and increasing the financial burden on the families supporting their Children.

(c) Rosen Fees:

This area is allowing frivolous cases to not settle timely and drive Children and Families to be more reliant on the States resources after these exorbitant bills are forced upon the families.
