ARTICLE X: MISCELLANEOUS, Section 9. Repeal of criminal statutes.

SECTION 9.Repeal of criminal statutes.

All criminal statutes shall be repealed (sunset) every twenty years unless the statute is reenacted by the legislature in the years prior to the sunset.  Repeal or amendment of a criminal statute shall not affect prosecution or punishment for any crime previously committed.
