Title: IMPLICIT/EXPLICITE INCLUSION OR EXCLUSION

At no time should any law or statute be enacted that either explicitly or implictly include or exclude any elected state, county, or local official or body from any law or statute unless approved by the general populace.

Legislative bodies should not be allowed to either implictly or explicitly soley include or exclude themselves from any legislation, retroactively. Any potential item should be put to vote by the general population of the state of Florida.
