This proposal corrects a typo in Public Proposal 100578 by adding the word "SYSTEM" as set forth below:

Catchline: Climate Change and Global Warming Commission

Every ten years a Climate Change and Global Warming Commission shall be established. The Commission shall review the latest science on this subject and make recommendations to the Florida Legislature.

The composition of the Commission shall be determined by general law, but shall consist of at least five nationally recognized climate scientists. The Governor, the Senate President and the Speaker of the House shall each make one appointment. The Board of Governors of the State University SYSTEM of Florida shall appoint two Commissioners, from a list submitted by presidents of public or private universities located in the State of Florida.

The Climate Change and Global Warming Commission shall submit its report at least every ten years.
