ARTICLE I: DECLARATION OF RIGHTS, New Section.

Catchline: Right of conscience; contractual relations and freedom of association.

Exercise of the right of conscience shall not be infringed in matters unrelated to the acquisition of of goods or services which are fundamentally necessary for life, and for which few options are otherwise available. State coercion to enter into contractual relations, and government compulsion contrary to the free right of association or exercise of conscience, is presumptively forbidden.
