PUB 700571: Allow People to Seal or Expunge Records More Then Once if Found Not Guilty by CAMILO SANTANA

NEW ARTICLE

Title: CHANGE CURRENT LAW ON SEALING AND RECORD EXPUNGE

I belived that the current Florida law allows a person to seal or expunge their records  only once in a life time is not right. I think if a person is charge with a crime and is found not guilty or the case if dropped off by the state, tha pesrson should be allow to seal or expunge records more then once in a life time. If these law becomes a new law all person that already have more then one record and can't get it seal or expunge they also will be allow to seal or a expunge records in which they were found not guilty or the case was dropped off by the state of Florida. Also the sherrifs office website keeps mugshoots of people who were found not guilty in a court of lawa. It makes it very hard to find a job and they conduct a background check and they won't hire you becuase of a criminal record that you were found not guilty in a court of law
