SECTION 23.

Right of privacy. Right of privacy.

For the benefit of a free society, eEvery individual natural person has the right to be left alone and free from governmental intrusion into the person's private life.  except as otherwise provided herein. All members of the species Homo Sapiens shall be considered "individuals" at every stage of development, including the stage of fertilization or conception, regardless of age, health, level of functionality, or condition of dependency. This section shall not be construed to limit the public's right of access to public records and meetings as provided by law.
