ARTICLE V: JUDICIARY, Section 13. Prohibited activities.
SECTION 13.Prohibited activities.
(a) All justices and judges shall devote full time to their judicial duties. They shall not engage in the practice of law or hold office in any political party.
(b) Any holder of a judicial position foreits that position by either filing for an elective public officer other than a judicial postion or absenting himself from the state for more than sixty consecutive days.
