PUB 700468: Making Double Jeopardy Applicable to Civil Suits by Todd Misamore - Withdrawn by the Submitter

NEW ARTICLE

Title: PROTECTION OF THE INNOCENT IN CIVIL CASES

No full time resident of The State of Florida, part time resident of The State of Florida, person visiting The State of Florida in the capacity of a tourist, or other person or entity deemed by a court of law to be protected, who has been found not guilty in a court of law of a misdemeanor or a felony, in The State of Florida or any other State within The U.S. by a jury of their peers or a judge, may have a civil action brought against them by any person, government or entity, for the crime in which they were found to be innocent, as that person shall be deemed to be protected by the 5th Amendment to The United States Constitution and protections against Double Jeopardy, as any civil action after a not guilty verdict would imply that that person was guilty when they have already been shown to be innocent.
