Title: PROTECTION OF THE INNOCENT IN CIVIL COURTS

No full time resident of The State of Florida, part time resident of The State of Florida, or any other person or entity deemed by a Judge to be protected, who has been found "not guilty" in a court of law of a misdemeanor charge or a felony charge, whether that verdict of not guilty was decided in The State of Florida or any other State within The United States, by a Jury or a Judge, may have a civil action brought against them in a Florida court by any person, government, or entity, in relation to the crime in which they were found to be not guilty, AND that person shall be deemed to be protected by The Fifth Amendment to The United States Constitution and protections against double jeopardy, as any civil action(s) would imply that person was guilty when they have already been shown to be not guilty in a court of law.
