ARTICLE I: DECLARATION OF RIGHTS, New Section.
No business in Florida shall by law, threat of punishment, or other means be coerced or forced to provide their services to another entity or individual(s) if doing so would violate the sincerely held religious beliefs or convictions of the owner(s) / operator(s) of the business.
(b) This section shall not be construed to include services that if not given would likely result in the death of another individual. This section shall not permit a business to deny any service to an entity or individual(s) on account of ethnicity, color, or national origin.
