ARTICLE VIII: LOCAL GOVERNMENT, New Section.

Catchline: HOA and COA Assignation of Non-Jurisdiction

This section is designed to expedite popular elements of Home Rule principles and circumvent repetition of duties and responsibilities reserved for Florida's elected incorporated village, town, city, and county councils and boards. No real property owner's associations (homeowners, condominium owners, et alum) inside the physical/geographic boundaries of the aforementioned Florida legislatively-incorporated jurisdictions shall initiate or carry forth, or maintain their governances, legal powers, judgements, fines, fees, liens, et al. All categorical property owners associations so defined under the aegis of this section shall cease official operations and pursuits immediately after the passage of this section.
