Title: TITLE: 50/50 FINE SHARE FROM VIDEO SUBMISSION OF ILLEGAL DRIVING ACTIVITY RESULTING IN FINES

 

Any persons that submit a video clearly showing an illegal driving activity, such as any unsafe operation of a vehicle, and that clearly shows identity of the conductor of such activity (i.e., license plate, vehicle operator, etc.) and submits it to the proper law enforcement agency, and that video results in the agency being able to issue a citation, fine, and the operator is adjudicated guilty through use of the video, the submitter of that video shall receive 50% of the paid fine, as a reward. In the event that video does not identify the conductor of such activity, or does not result in a fine, no reward shall be given. In the event that multiple videos are attained of the same illegal incident, then either the reward can be split among all who submitted a video instrumental in charging the conductor of the illegal activity, or the first video submitted that is successfully used to charge the conductor of the illegal activity shall receive the reward. The remainig 50% shall be used by the agency issuing the citation, as they do with any other fine that is received.
