Fully fund FloridaA&M University based on the historical evidence that the state of Florida participated in the disenfranchisement of African Americans throughout slavery and 100 years of JIM CROW oppression. A full forensic audit of state tax revenues collected during both periods of oppression should be used to set aside a 100 year endowment to support tuition needs, curriculum developement and specifically to address the need for restoration from deliberate curltural genocide which lies at the root of ongoing social political crisis in the community.
