Catchline: Time Limitation on Candidate Campaign Fundraising

A candidate for statewide, legislative and local office shall only file one year in advance of the Primary Election a statement of intention to run and a campaign treasurery account. A candidate who qualifies and advances through the Primary shall remain a candidate for General Election. No person shall maintain a candidate campaign account for longer than the period of one year prior unless they have advanced to a General Election.
